This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the ge16 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the ge16 platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the ge16 platform.
Acceptance of these terms is automatic upon creating an account, making any financial transaction, or using any feature provided by ge16. These terms apply to all users without exception, including trial users and registered members.
Ge16 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest terms in effect.
Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
Registration Requirements
To register an account with ge16, you must be at least 18 years of age and a valid Malaysian citizen or resident. Registration by individuals who do not meet the minimum age requirement is strictly prohibited, and any such accounts will be closed immediately upon detection.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without compensation of any remaining balance.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. ge16 will never ask for your password via email, messages, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. ge16 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Ge16 users agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all stated rules. Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
The following actions are specifically prohibited on the ge16 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any scripts to access or exploit the platform without written authorisation.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to use your account.
- Using false information, another person's identity, or unauthorised payment cards during registration or transactions.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, misconduct, or attempting to manipulate the platform's systems.
- Disrupting or interfering with other users' experience through any technical or non-technical means.
Ge16 reserves the right to take immediate action — including suspending or closing the account of any user found to be in violation of the above rules — without any compensation.
Payments, MYR Transactions & Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on the ge16 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including FPX (online banking) and approved local e-wallets. ge16 does not accept payments in foreign currencies or through methods not listed on the platform.
Each user is responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, registered in their own name, and has sufficient funds. Using another person's card or account without authorisation is a serious violation that may result in account closure and legal action.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with ge16's current policy. ge16 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits, as a security measure to protect users' interests. Refund requests made after a bet has been placed will not be entertained except under extraordinary circumstances recognised by ge16 management.
Important Note Regarding Bonuses
All bonuses and promotions offered by ge16 are subject to rollover requirements and validity periods as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until rollover conditions have been fully met. Abuse of the bonus system may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

Ge16 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, system errors, data loss, or unauthorised access by third parties that occur beyond ge16's reasonable control.
The ge16 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure the availability and reliability of our services at all times, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from disruptions, delays, or technical errors.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ge16 platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, images, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of ge16 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of this content without prior written consent from ge16.
Changes to Terms, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Changes to These Terms
Ge16 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
Third-Party Links and Services
The ge16 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. ge16 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
